Another saturday night outfit post! Felt rather glamorous in this figure-hugging velvet midi dress from Topshop! Simple, sophisticated and right on trend :)

I ordered the shoes - Jeffrey Campbell Madame Spike - from the Office sale; they were reduced from £95 to £45! Usually I'd spend a maximum of £30 on a pair of synthetic black heels probably from New Look...for an extra £15 I got these amazing quality, real suede shoes that don't only look amazing but will last for years! *Touch wood* :P

I also bought a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Freda boots, again from the Office sale, reduced from £130 to £65! (Shall show you during the week!) But yes, go and check out the Office sale! It's not like they are really old styles either, they are still full price everywhere else! It's Christmas, treat yourself! :P Or someone else...I bought my mum a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Zion boots from Glassworks-studios.com which also has a sale on; they were reduced from £165 to £115.50 and then in addition to this, you get a £20 voucher code when you sign up!

Santa Claus is coming to town...

I already have THREE winter coats from last year but neither of them are red so I was definitely allowed to buy this one...! :P >.< I saw it in the Asos sale reduced from £95 to £66.50 - for some reason it's now gone back up a bit to £76, so I'm glad I didn't wait any longer than last week! To be honest I'm not too sure on the fit, does it look like it's drowning me? :/ I also kinda feel like Father Christmas...! >.<

After much deliberation I did decide that it was infact a keeper - it's really heavy, warm and I am loving the power colour red at the moment! :D

Peplum.

Why has it taken me this long to give in to the peplum? It's such a flattering style! I think I've always thought of it as too mature? Office attire? (Oh god, where have I been for the last year?! :P) However, with the low neckline, sparkly material and mini length, this dress is a fun take on the trend and perfect for a night out!

Hey! I haven't blogged for a while again as I went and visited my sister in Northern Ireland for 2 weeks! We also had a weekend in Dublin which was amazing; such a beautiful city! I have some photographs on my instagram if anyone wants to seeee - @pidgeface :)

Sorry for the shocking pics again >.< Thought I'd show you this jacket that arrived from Missguided this morning :D I was looking at buying a khaki jacket with the leather sleeves (we all know the one) but was even more delighted when I came across this with the tartan detail instead! It combines 3 of this season's biggest trends and is great value for money! Teamed it with these gold sparkly ankle boots to bring out the gold studs :)

A couple of weeks ago when I was shopping in Telford I came across Bank Fashion - I just thought they were an online store and have never actually had the time for their site but omg, the shop!? I wanted to buy EVERYTHING! Unfortunately that wasn't an option therefore I whittled it down to this jumper :) I very rarely wear all black but with the polyester/acrylic jumper and the nylon tricot leggings (they are shiny, honest! The quality of my pics are getting worse with every post! D:), the textures definitely make up for the lack of colour!

I am absolutely loving my new handbag! I am using it as a clutch here but it also came with 2 different size straps which is very handy! :D I just wanted a trusty black bag that I could take on nights out but also something that was a little bit different; I came across this one on Amazon which is a little bit edgy with the skull design, perfect in size and has a zip as well as magnets so nothing is going to fall out once I've had a few :P Considering it came from China it really didn't take that long to arrive either! It's nice knowing that people aren't going to have the same items as you plus this was cheaper than any small handbag in New Look! :P

Saturday night I went to a family wedding in Telford; I never have any idea what to wear to a wedding!? I ended up ordering a dress from the Asos sale which arrived 2 days before! Haha, so disorganised! Luckily I absolutely loved it, well, besides fearing that I was going to look like one of the bridesmaids...! :P This dress was reduced from £80 to £39 - I do love an amazing quality bargain dress and Asos definitely seems to be the place to find them!

Strapless dresses are never usually flattering on me; however this dress has a sweetheart neckline opposed to a straight neckline which is perfect for my shape.

The rose detail makes this dress extra special!

I may have spent literally all day listening to The Smiths...very productive. But whilst doing so I also found this Morgan top that I was given YEARS ago. I remember absolutely loving it because it's just so different?! No-one at school really appreciated the print...or the lace...or the polo neck. Infact, everyone hated it so I never wore it again! Weak, I know. Dya know what? I think I may wear it out this weekend! :D

The skirt is from H&M and the bracelet I recently bought on Ebay...well actually, I bought it a month ago, it arrived recently, haha. Free postage and packaging from China and the bracelet itself was not a lot more than a quid so I'm not complaining :)

...how can you complain with this many smiley faces on your arm!? :P

To be honest I usually really can't be bothered to scour through the many mix-matched rails of TK Maxx but my aunt gets so many unique but affordable dresses from there - usually studded (definitely will be borrowing those!) - so mum and I thought we'd stop being lazy and make the effort to find some bargains! I wasn't successful in finding any dresses but I did get this lightweight floral kaftan type..thing! Haha, and some multi coloured shorts which I just love! They were a lone random pair so hopefully no-one else with have them! :D I also got these mint coloured skinny jeans from River Island; I am loving people's outfit posts where mint green is concerned, I really want a mint coloured skirt so if anyone comes across one, let me know! :)

I wanna be drunk when I wake up.

Here is my Saturday night outfit! I actually went out with my mum and aunt for the first time and admittedly had the best night in ages! :P Not only were they a lot of fun but they also look really young for their age and are both totally stunning which gained us a few free shots with the more mature barmen, haha. The majority of my friends are male so it was nice to have a proper girly night on the dancefloor for a change! Finally over the hangover today whereas my mum was absolutely fine yesterday (how does that work!? :P) and dragged me around the shops (we also went and sat down the harbour which was lovely as the sun was shining :D)! I ended up splashing out on a few more summery items (so exciting to see bright colours and floral prints everywhere! I definitely need to buy myself a mini/maxi!) which hopefully I will show you tomorrow :)

I am so in love with my new Topshop studded heels (they have studded ankle straps!) that I'm too scared to actually wear them out...! >.< They're kinda like my new 'ornament'; they take centre stage in my room and still have the stickers on the bottom >.< ...oh and I may strut them around the house in admiration from time to time *regularly* :P As for the ear-rings, they're the only pair of studs I ever wear! From a distance they look plain but elegant...lean in a little closer and they show a little attitude ;P
